What We Do
The Past
1984- Angeled Finn & Berthe Hoefler's round dance classes (Finn & Berthe were members of Roundalab for 25 years).
1994 - Taught our first Round Dance class.
1995 - Began cueing for Square Dance clubs.
1997 - Worked our first Jamboree By The Sea weekend.
1998- Released our first dance (Sweet Smile 98).
1999 - Hosted our first cruise (Mexican Reveria).
2001- Director Of The Round Dance Coordinating Room at the 50th National Square Dance Convention.
2002- Worked our first Bakersfield Fiesta.
2006 - Worked our first AsqD Jamboree.
2008 - Baskersfield Fiesta.
2008 - Hosted New Zealand & Australia Cruise.
2010 - Hosted Venice & Mediterranean Cruise.
2011 - Hosted Germany & Blue Danube River Tour.
2012- Hosted Amsterdam, Kinderdike & Norway Cruise.
2013 - Baskersfield Fiesta.
The Present
Teach round dancing 3 nights a week.
Cue for the Cam-A-Lot Round Dance Club.
Cue for three Square Dance clubs in Ventura County California.

We have our own ship which holds 43 passengers. 27 have signed up fo far.
What Is Round Dancing?
Round Dancing is pre-choreographed ballroom dancing. Each dance is written to a particular piece of music. Dancers move in a circular pattern around the floor (thus the name Round Dancing). As the music plays, the cuer announces the next dance figure approx 1/2 measure before the dancers execute that figure.
Dances are categorized as Easy, Intermediate and Advanced. Phase 2 are Easy dances. Phase 3&4 are Intermediate. Phase 5&6 are Advanced.
Lynn & I teach phase 2 through phase 5 Waltz, Foxtrot, Slow Two Step, Jive, Cha-Cha, Rumba and other Rhythms.
Lynn & I enjoy working together to create dances with choreography that fits the pulse of the music. We have 30 + dances to our credit.
We've been awarded several Round Of the Quarter (ROQ) & Round Of the Month (ROM) Certificates for our choreography. On the Cue Sheet pages, the awards are in red.
